Readyline
Terms of Service
Last updated June 9, 2026
This is a starting template provided for transparency during the Readyline pilot. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Readylinework-package readiness service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Readyline helps utilities and contractors turn work packets into structured, validated, executable scopes with readiness scoring, requests for information, and a shared view of each handoff.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and have authority to act on behalf of your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, disrupting the Service, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
4. Your data and ownership
You retain ownership of the content your organization submits. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your counterparties.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is and remains our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Readiness scoring and related outputs are decision-support tools and do not replace professional judgment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readyline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service or its users.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
